Know Before You Go!
Things you'll want to know before your visit to Safari Adventures Animal Park

• Safari Adventures is large enough for you and your family to easily spend an hour or two over lunch or perhaps the whole day.  With a hand stamp, your admission allows you to visit the zoo all day.

• Safari Adventures is open year round.  On occasion, extreme weather conditions may require us to close unexpectedly for the safety of our animals and our guests.

• Our zoo is an outdoor facility, most of it being "under roof".  We encourage you to wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather to help ensure a pleasant and comfortable visit.

• Shoes or sandals are required.

• There is plenty of room for strollers and wheelchairs. Our park is handicapped accessible.

Kalahari has lots of options for your appetite whether it be a snack, beverage, lunch or dinner.  However, we do not allow food and drinks inside the zoo due to the safety of the animals.

• Our "Zoovenirs" Store is available for your shopping pleasure seasonally.

• We pride ourself in the fact that our facility is handicap accessible.  If you have any questions regarding accessibility, feel free to ask a member of our staff or call the zoo ahead.

• If you have any questions during your visit, please feel free to ask any staff member.
